Breaking the Bread of Life

Hail, Children of the Sun!

I AM Gabriel, which stand in the presence of God!

I AM in the Great Central Sun and I AM in the earth, and I stand here before the altar of the Holy Grail, so consecrated by the knights and ladies of Camelot who have come to the altar of the One for the giving of the gift of self—and for the receiving of the Grail, the very chalice of the Godhead.

I welcome you to the heart of an archangel. For I desire, even as you have desired, to commune with all Children of the Sun who retain the ancient record in the tablets of mem[1] of their beginning and origin in the heart of the Great Central Sun. Children of the God Star are ye! And I address you directly from the heart of your Mother to the very heart where there does pulsate that threefold flame of life.

I AM Gabriel, come now for a mighty rejoicing at the leaping fountain of fire captivated in the Aries sun—the sign of the Lamb who is come and of the spring and of Sanat Kumara, and of the very fires of the resurrection which have become the qualification of your heart fires.

I adore thee, O my God! I adore thee in the sun and in the heart of thy sons and daughters. Therefore, the earth is raised this day and heaven is nigh. For the gift of the spring is truly the gift of a mother’s heart.

O beloved, earth is on the very cusp of a victory, and light streams forth from the hearts of Keepers of the Flame. You have pursued a fasting in love and the preparation of the temple. Therefore, I am pleased to pour into this very chalice of thine own temple the gift of my heart—the gift of my flame of the ascension, as ye are able to bear it, and the gift of my teaching.

O beloved ones, I also am the teacher of Daniel the prophet. I AM the teacher of all of the house of Israel. I AM the teacher of the lambs. I AM the teacher of elemental life. And I come in the name of the Mother. I come in the name of the white fire of your ascension.

I AM the one called by Serapis Bey to announce the descent of a mighty light. Thus, the annunciation is the very gift of the descent of your Holy Christ Self, the most precious gift in all creation, whose anointing, whose inauguration has come to you by the blessed sons of heaven—even the Lord Jesus Christ whose birth I announced, whose conception I prophesied in the name of God and by the very heart of Saint Germain, the Holy Father, the vessel of that descending light of the Holy Comforter.

This is a year of that Comforter, of that Holy Spirit. And the very presence of the Maha Chohan quivers in the air as a shimmering garment of Surya and Cuzco, and the Mother of the World fills the Matter cosmos! And everywhere you go here below, you can feel the vibration of the Divine Mother tending the children of all spheres and planetary homes. For the great descent of light is nigh.

The Path of the Ministering Servant

To Proclaim the Good News and to Set the Captives Free

I bring to you the rejoicing of the path of the ministering servant. Beloved hearts, Jesus Christ—the same yesterday and today and forever—does bring the Christ to every nation and people and tongue, and surely has, both before and since his Palestinian mission, appeared to those who have had eyes to see him—on every continent and to every people. Thus he is the Saviour of every nation.

For the sake of those little ones, the true Children of the Sun, even the lost sheep of the house of Israel[2] who must yet be brought together in one fold and one body[3]—preach the Word. House to house, nation by nation, the lightbearers must go to proclaim the good news and to set the captive free!—to go forth, blessed hearts, and provide by their own fervor in the Holy Spirit that fire that can be transferred to all whom you meet who are of the Light.

Thus having this fire transferred by the message of the Holy Spirit, by the preachment and the teaching of the Law, and best of all, by the example of the light of the heart and the eye, they then shall respond. And when invited to partake of the bread and the wine, they will drink in. They will read, they will run, they will assimilate. They will become this mighty Light.

The cup must overflow! It must be shared, else love cannot be born as a flame ignited between two hearts. True love and the highest of the Divine Presence is in giving the highest gift of the teaching itself—not to give a book, but to give a heart with a book.

Understand, blessed ones, that these words on the pages come from my heart filled with light. This light descends to a certain level; and beneath that level, those in embodiment must supply it, must reinfuse the work with the light of the Mother.

I do not mind that you break the bread of Life with them and for them, for they cannot take the whole loaf. I do not mind when, filled with the Holy Spirit, you break down the Word I give to the simple understanding, to the level of the child. I rejoice in your ingenuity when you can create children’s stories, like Aesop’s fables, illustrating complex truths which may not be accepted in their naked reality; for many close the door when confronting the true teaching on the nature of Good and Evil, Armageddon, the messengers, the incarnate Word.

And therefore, little by little, our teaching is the strong meat of the Word.[4] It is for apostles and disciples. These, then, will multiply the loaves and fishes and give to eat. They will eat what they can assimilate and what they need in the moment. And wise are ye when ye perceive the need and supply it and nothing more, lest it overburden and even make sick the one to whom you speak.

Strengthening Servants by Prayer and Fasting

Special Instruction to Initiates

You will remember that even Daniel became sick when I had finished speaking to him.[5] For the very burden of Light and the Word of God is often too much even for the prophets to contain. Therefore, the fasting from the world consciousness makes you more able to receive Light and become Light. And then you must protect that Light and realize that you have increased the distance between yourself and the world.

The world is threatened by that very fact. The world trembles when it feels the pillars in the temple accelerating, separating out. And therefore, you understand the emotions of loved ones and families who feel that distance and that gulf widening. For they have grown accustomed to your Tree of Life planted in the midst of their garden. They know not that God has already planted your Tree of Life in his garden. And there is an angel that does keep the way of that Tree of Life, allowing those to enter who are ready to lay down the lesser self and receive the initiations of Maitreya.

I desire to instruct you beyond the written page. I desire your mastery of the written page to be such that I may come to you individually and also feed you directly from my own heart, through your own Christ Self, that you might receive that for which you are ready—understanding that heaven also feeds those who are the initiates at the top levels of the Brotherhood in embodiment.

Thus, in the hour of your greatest need, let your consciousness know well the precept and the teaching and the Law, that the fallen ones may not fool you with their clever and subtle substitutions of the Law of God. Thus in your knowing and in your understanding, God can speak to you within the context of his highest Law and your own highest knowledge of that Law.

The world suffers gravely in ignorance of religious truth, of the verity of the avatar, even God incarnate and the God-goal for each one to internalize the Christ Self. These teachings are an offense to many who are devotees of Jesus, and therefore you must find words and a message that they may accept and understand, without violating the lines of their self-imposed or otherwise-imposed belief systems.

The softening is the key, beloved heart, and the violet flame is that universal panacea that softens the whole world consciousness this day. This day, therefore, by the violet flame, prepare the world for the ultimate reality: the reality of Truth sharply delineated, almost stark in its reality, as the etched silhouette of Mount Everest against the piercing blue sky. One day all will be able to face the truth of their Christ Self, but much teaching may be given before this.

Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Preach and Teach the Simple Practical Word

Rejoice, for the hour is come when God will surely empower you by the Maha Chohan’s presence and by Saint Germain to preach and teach the Word. Thus do, and remember that the very first message of Sanat Kumara is that all who would ascend must also convey the Word.

Therefore know the prophets, invoke their mantle. Know the life of John the Baptist and Jesus and blessed Gautama, whose birthday millions celebrate this day.[6] Know them, run with them, fear not. And remember that they, too, trembled before they uttered their first words. They, too, had to overcome Mara.

Think of all that preceded the very first sermon of Lord Gautama at Sarnath.[7] Facing heaven and hell, dismissing the evil hosts, verifying his office and his right to be doing what he was doing, thus he came forth to reveal, in simplicity, actually a very complex understanding that he received in the causal body of God—the understanding of the whole world and its suffering, and the nature of karma and desire and the fallen ones who incite this desire. All this he saw—much as Enoch saw it when he was taken up into the levels of heaven.[8]

But this, by the power of the Holy Spirit, was reduced to a message that has become universal: the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path—a message for practical action for the guarding of oneself from the temptations of unreality, for the balancing of karma and a life that would lead to higher octaves if followed.

Tell them in the message of the preacher! Tell them by the word of the messenger! Tell them in simplicity: This is the way of the ascension. Walk ye in it, and rejoice forevermore.

O my beloved, God has given to you this day the fruit of the Tree of Life. In the vastness of this cornucopia of teaching, God has said to you: Make it practical, make it understandable to the Children of the Sun.

I AM Gabriel, and I ask you in this hour: Will you give this gift to the Mother? [“Yes!”]

In her name, I accept it. And I hold you on the path of initiation of the fourth ray, of beloved Serapis, who stands now to address you today.

[6] April 8, the birthdate of the Messenger, is also celebrated in Japan as the birthday of the Buddha. Japanese Buddhists observe the day with traditional ceremonies honoring the baby Buddha. Surrounded by flowers, a statue of the infant Gautama sits in a basin of sweet tea, on top of a white elephant. (Before Gautama’s birth, his mother dreamt that a white elephant entered her womb through her side—a good omen, foretelling the birth of a universal monarch or buddha.) Each devotee brings a floral offering and pours a scoop of the sweet tea over the baby Buddha, commemorating the “sweet rain” that fell and the flowers that bloomed in the garden after his birth. This ritual is followed by a children’s presentation of plays and skits on the life and teachings of the Buddha.
